Production process on the metal linear Dilations variant prints. These are produced using a very fine ground metal which when adhered to the recycled stock creates a three dimensional textural image. I've produced several prints using this process. The finsihed pieces are then sealed using a vacuum process with an industrial fixing agent so the grains stay in place. These are surprisingly very robust pieces when they are finished. The metal areas of the print have a feel similar to emery cloth. This is a process I will be going back to shortly as i've been working on some other imagery which will hopefully work well with this technique.
As well as producing prints i've also produced some large scale work by adapting this process. Check the link below for further details.
