The Glass Siren Studio Silkscreen Store is hosted by Shopify Inc who provide the online e-commerce platform that allows me sell the silkscreen art I make globally. Glass Siren Studio uses Shopify Payments to securely process credit and debit card payments. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.Glass Siren Studio never see’s nor stores your credit card information or sell any or your personal information.
Shipping
Silkscreen prints are shipped within 5-7 days of order to the address provided when checking out on the website. It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at check out. Glass Siren Studio is not responsible for any shipping address or return address errors. If items are returned to Glass Siren Studio due to a shipping address error made by the customer the shipping price for the item will be re charged. All silkscreen print orders are shipped via Royal Mail using an insured service and a signature will be required. If for any reason you need to return a print please please contact the studio for the return address via glasssiren@glasssiren.co.uk
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Glass Siren Studio please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item to discuss a refund or exchange. Refunded and exchanged items must be unused and in all original packaging. No returns or exchanges are permitted on custom orders. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

When you provide Glass Siren Studio with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
